    This three-session programme is open to women that would like to know, understand, and learn how to manage dementia risk factors. Worldwide, women with dementia outnumber men 2 to 1. There are risk factors that are specific to women and this workshop discusses those specific risk factors and how to manage them on an individual level. You will also receive support both from facilitators and the group throughout the process.

    This is a programme tailor made to your risk factors, lifestyle and family history.

    Michelle, our founder, will provide you with specific practical tools on how to maintain and manage a healthy brain lifestyle. This three session programme is a one to one consultation over Zoom. Sessions will be recorded, with your permission, so that you can come back to them whenever you need them.

    • The first session- Discussing your own personal risk factors
    • The second session- Management of your risk factors
    • The third session- Support through change and follow up on the implementation of the programme

    You will receive a book with over 300 pages of brain stimulating activities, including week by week Spanish words to memorize.

    In addition, you will receive PowerPoint presentations to help you get a better understanding of the Brain heath lifestyle.
